Who can apply for DOMIRA Trade?
Interior designers, architects, property developers, home stagers, hospitality and short-let operators, contractors and other professionals buying for a business or client project. We may ask for a website, portfolio, business social profile or business email to confirm this.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Trade pricing applies to orders of £500 or more of eligible products, before delivery charges.
Which products are eligible?
Full-price DOMIRA products. Sale and clearance items, new launches, gift cards, delivery charges and products in other promotions are not included.
Do I need a trade account or discount code?
No. There are no logins or codes. Each order is reviewed individually, and we send you a secure checkout link for the exact basket we have prepared.
How long is my trade pricing valid?
Your checkout link and trade pricing are valid for 7 days. Stock is not reserved until payment is completed.
Can I change my order after it has been approved?
The checkout link is fixed to the products and quantities we agreed. If you need a change, contact the Trade team and we will prepare a new link.
How do I pay?
You pay online through the secure checkout link before your order is dispatched. Once paid, your order is processed and delivered like any other DOMIRA order.
Can trade pricing be combined with other offers?
No. Trade pricing cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
I have a larger project. What happens?
For larger orders, our Trade team reviews the project personally and may contact you to discuss products, quantities and delivery before sending your link.
Can I buy products for resale?
No. DOMIRA Trade is for products used in your own professional projects, not for resale.
