30-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale
  • Returned in original packaging, including all components
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items:

  • Subject to stock availability
  • If unavailable, we may offer a refund or alternative product

Exchanges follow the same approval process as returns.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order:

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund

After Delivery (Cooling-Off Period)

  • If your order has already been dispatched, items must then be returned in line with our returns conditions

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  • Contact our support team with your order number
  • Confirm the item(s) and reason for return
  • Wait for approval and return instructions

Please do not send items back without approval, as this may delay or invalidate your return.

Return Shipping

  • If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, customers are kindly asked to arrange the return postage. 
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will priorities a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

Conditions & Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging or components
  • Returns requested after the 30-day period
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or handling
  • Any product clearly marked as non-returnable at purchase
  • Any free gift or promotional item included with the order must also be returned alongside the main item.
