Cookie Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how DOMIRA (a trading name of F & S Enterprises Ltd) uses cookies and similar technologies on domira.co.uk. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as pixels, tags and local storage, work in a similar way. They help a website work properly, remember your choices and tell us how the site is used. In this policy we call all of these "cookies".
2. Your choices
When you first visit our website, a cookie banner asks for your permission. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the shop cannot work without them. All other cookies (analytics, marketing and preferences) are only used if you click Accept or switch them on under Manage preferences. If you click Decline, they are not used.
You can change your mind at any time: change my cookie preferences. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the website, such as the basket, may then stop working.
3. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These keep the website secure and make the basket, checkout, currency and your cookie choice work.
- Shopify (our website platform), for example cart, cart_currency, localization, discount_code, _tracking_consent and _shopify_essential. These remember your basket, currency, any discount code you apply and your cookie choice. Most last from the end of your visit up to one year.
- Shop Pay (Shopify), used if you choose to pay with Shop Pay at checkout.
Preferences and features
- DOMIRA Rewards (Joy Loyalty), for example avadaIsLogin, to run our rewards programme and remember whether you have closed its pop-ups.
- Judge.me, to show customer reviews and measure how review widgets are used.
Analytics
These help us understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it. They are only used with your consent.
- Shopify analytics, for example _shopify_analytics, which counts visits and shows us which pages and products are viewed.
- Google Analytics, for example _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years), which measures visits, pages viewed and how visitors arrived at our website.
- Microsoft Clarity, _clck (up to 1 year) and _clsk (1 day). Clarity records clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement so we can see where visitors have difficulty. Text you type into forms is hidden, and Clarity does not run on our checkout pages.
Marketing
These measure how well our adverts work and may be used to show you DOMIRA adverts on other websites and apps. They are only used with your consent.
- Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, for example _gcl_au (around 3 months), which tells us when a visit or purchase came from a Google advert or a Google Shopping listing.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for example _fbp (around 3 months).
- TikTok, for example _ttp and ttcsid (up to around 13 months).
- Pinterest, for example _pin_unauth and _derived_epik (up to 1 year).
- Shopify marketing, for example _shopify_marketing, which measures the results of our marketing.
Cookie names and how long they last are set by each provider and can change. Each provider's own privacy policy explains how it uses information:
